We are all familiar with the sound of crickets but not necessarily what they look like. The common house cricket is ½ to 1 ¼ inch long, brown to black in color. Crickets generally live outdoors
but as the weather gets colder in the fall, crickets look for shelter. They will move indoors into dark, damp areas such as basements where they have a source of food, warmth, moisture and
shelter. They can damage clothing, furniture, curtains or anything made of fabric.
Because crickets are elusive in nature and hide in dark places they can be difficult to catch and remove. Buggin’ Us Pest Control will trap them and remove them. We will close up
any entry points so that they don’t come back.
